Hello! My name is Tara Cool, and I am a data analytics professional with a Master of Science in Applied Business Analytics from Boston University. I have a strong foundation in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, along with hands-on experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, and business intelligence.

Through my academic and project experience, I’ve worked with large, real-world datasets to solve business problems—ranging from predictive modeling and customer segmentation to A/B testing and forecasting. I enjoy transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicating those insights in a way that supports decision-making for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

I’m passionate about using data for meaningful impact, and I’m excited to apply my skills to real-world social challenges through volunteer work. I’m especially interested in projects where data can improve community outcomes, support nonprofits, or help organizations make more informed decisions.

My interests include data cleaning and exploration, predictive modeling, forecasting, dashboard development, and data visualization. I enjoy collaborative environments, communicate insights clearly, and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Through volunteering, I hope to apply my technical skills to meaningful problems, continue growing as a data professional, collaborate with mission-driven teams, and deliver insights that create measurable value.
